We show you what your documents prove — not what we think.

The Business Numbers Snapshot

A business exists to convert value into cash — consistently, and at a profit. Being busy, having sales, being popular with customers: none of that is the same as performance. Real performance is what shows up as profit and cash.

The Business Numbers Framework reads any business across four movements and nine numbers — Foundation, the Engines, the Operating System, and the Proof. Score all nine honestly and you can see exactly where a business is strong, and where it's quietly leaking value, before it becomes a crisis.

Foundation

  1. Business Model & Value Conversion
  2. Financial Truth

The Engines

  1. Cash & Working Capital
  2. Cost, Margin & the Survival Line
  3. Revenue Engine

The Operating System

  1. Systems & Control Integrity
  2. Planning & Control Rhythm
  3. Decision Discipline

The Proof

  1. Bankability & Funding Readiness

Ten questions, about three minutes, free. You see your result straight away — no name, number or email needed, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to send it.

Services

Fees depend on the size of the business, how complex it is and the state of the records, so every piece of work is quoted individually.

  • Business Health Check

A first structured read across your numbers, scored from your own documents, with a written summary of where you stand.

  • Cash flow forecasting and working capital review

A rolling view of cash in and out, and where working capital is tied up longer than it should be.

  • Credit terms and collections

Terms, limits and a collections process built for your business, handed to your team to run.

  • Costing and pricing

What things actually cost you, and pricing built on that rather than on guesswork or competitors.

  • Margin, break-even and profitability analysis

Margin by product or service, and the sales level below which you're losing money.

  • Get Bankable

Your business scored against what lenders actually check, with a funding-ready cash flow projection and a match to institutions your documentation supports.

  • Management reporting pack and dashboards

Monthly reporting built around the numbers that actually run the business, not a generic template.

  • SOPs and internal controls

Written procedures and controls so money can't move without someone knowing.

  • Budgeting and forecasting

A working budget, checked against actuals, with a rhythm for reviewing it.

  • Stock controls and counts

Stock procedures and physical counts that reconcile to what the books say.

  • In-house finance training

Practical training for your own team, delivered in-house. Distinct from the Business Numbers Framework course — that is a self-paced product; this is us in the room with your people.

The Business Numbers Framework course

The same nine numbers, taught step by step so you can work through them yourself. Nine modules that take you from what your numbers mean to whether a bank will fund you.

Each pairs a video lesson with a working Excel template built around your own figures — not theory. Along the way you learn the Five Numbers That Matter, the Four Lenses used to read any business, and the Six Silent Killers that erode profit without anyone noticing.

It ends in Get Bankable — a capstone built entirely from real Zimbabwean lender requirements, scoring your business against the 47 things banks and microfinance institutions actually check, matching you to 12 named institutions, and drafting your funding proposal automatically from your own numbers.

USD 40once, for all nine modules

Every module ships a ready-to-use Excel template, not just video and slides.

  9. 9

    Get Bankable

Scores the business against 47 real lender requirements (capital, capacity and collateral), matches it against 12 named Zimbabwean banks and microfinance institutions (CBZ, NMB, ZWMB, EmpowerBank, SMEDCO, FBC Microfinance, BancABC, Qupa, and others), and auto-drafts a funding proposal from your own numbers.

I have tried to analyse business figures and understand ratios based on financial statements in the past. It has all just been accounting theory. Nothing has ever made any sense to me. Your presentation is presented in a way that I was able to understand… I am currently setting up two new businesses. Going forward this new knowledge will assist me in putting together my business plans and running the businesses properly from day one.

A business tells the truth in its numbers, whether or not anyone is listening. We just teach people to read it.

How we work

  1. 1

    Scan & prove

We score all nine numbers and test only what's worth investigating, from your documents. Every finding carries evidence and a confidence rating.

  2. 2

    Prescribe

You get the answer first: what's wrong, what it's worth, what to do on Monday.

  3. 3

    Build & sustain

We install the fixes with a named owner and a date for each one, then track the value that actually shows up.

Nothing counts without evidence.

If we cannot prove a finding from your documents, it does not go in the total. We would rather quote a smaller number we can defend than a bigger one we cannot.

We tell you when the problem is not ours to solve.

Not everything is a numbers problem. When it isn't, we say so.
